The Best Peanut Butter in the Universe

I'll get back to posting more handcrafted news soon, but for now I'm still spending most waking minutes adjusting to my new surroundings and trying to find things. Today I found my way to a supermarket (no simple feat--I really don't know my way around this area at all) where I discovered what is undeniably the best peanut butter in the universe. This stuff is like a giant spreadable Reese's peanut butter cup. And since studies have shown that peanut butter consumption can lower your risk of diabetes, I figure it's health food. Made by Peanut Butter & Co., who also have a sandwich shop in New York City, Dark Chocolate Dreams contains no cholesterol, no trans-fats, no hydrogenated oils, and no high-fructose corn syrup. It is also gluten-free, vegan, and kosher. Don't worry if your local store doesn't carry it, you can order it from PB&Co.'s website, along with a variety of other PB flavors, jellies and preserves, snacks, and PB&Co. gear. I'm seriously tempted to pick up their cookbook--it looks heavenly!

Do you know if they would post to Australia? On my visits to the States I became a lover of Reese's peanut butter cups (infact I brought a ton of them home with me...ok that may be a slight exaggeration!)but that peanut butter has my mouth watering...yummmmmmmmm!

Oh man I have GOT to try this. I LOVE dark chocolate and am always dunking it in the peanut butter. Milk chocolate is just to fricken sweet. Gonna see about getting some now. Tks for the heads up.

Do you spread it on a graham cracker or just eat it with a spoon? It sounds tasty, but not so much on bread, you know?

I have never heard about anything like this. I have heard of people pouring chocolate syrup in with peanut butter but wow...that sounds so good. I have to try some!

I LOVE their Cinnamon and Raisin flavor...I have it on 1/2 a toasted whole wheat english muffin as breakfast a few days a week

Wow! This sounds like miracle peanut butter. . . and it had chocolate. Gotta have it. For years I've been partial to Jiffy PB, but recently my husband and I have been more conscious about finding sweet items with only cane sugar and no corn syrup. Harder than it sounds, especially on a budget.

OMG! I'd eat peanut butter all the time. Where's it sold?

I found this at a Kroger in Durham, NC. Don't know if PB&Co will ship internationally, but it can't hurt to ask them, right? And actually I love this on soft white bread, and right out of the jar, and on crackers, and with jelly, and, um, I think I need to buy another jar!

I checked out their website and have emailed their sales department in the hope that they may ship 'downundah'! I'll be the envy of the neighbors if they do!

Thanks LuckyGirl
