With all the turmoil and stress of buying a house and moving, we just did not have time to do our income tax returns this year. We barely managed to file the extensions on time. Now, as I look at these giant mounds of receipts crying to be put in some sort of order, I'm feeling rather envious of those who did file in a timely fashion and are enjoying their stimulus checks. How I Spent My Stimulus is a web site for folks to postwhat they're doing with their checks. My favorite is the person saving for a trip to the 2009 World Beard and Moustache Championship in Anchorage, Alaska. This guy is Willi Chevalier of Germany, the 2001 World Champion in Full Beard Freestyle. Who wouldn't want to save up to hang out with a bunch of guys like him?

I don't think I'd want to go there but hey, to each their own. We won't get our stimulus check until sometime in July (ugh!) but I'm betting you it will go toward bills.
A lot of huge moustache guys are from Germany... I have seen many freaks around :-)

Eeek! We bought a house at the end of February and it's been crazy, I know how you feel! We barely got ours done in time, because we were trying to wait until we got moved and were living in our new address before we filed... argh...
Hopefully it won't be too hard on you to file next year, or are you going to file late?

now alaska is one of the places that I havent been too yet cause I HATE the cold. Yet, to see hundreds of crazy mustaches all waxed up...now that may be an adventure.
