I Found More Stuff!

Just when I was beginning to see the light at the end of the PC games, I found several more boxes full of them, and a few boxes of collectible war games and related magazines. And a box of (my husband says) valuable military books of some sort. Enough to keep me busy listing for days and days and, um, days. If you haven't checked out our eBay listings yet, check now, and check again tomorrow--there's such a wide variety of treasures listed you're sure to find something perfect! I am closing this store before we move, and although that date keeps changing it will be here faster than I can be ready for it.

Hot Glass!

Judy Richards of Cat’s Paw Artifacts is a fellow Creative Glass Guild of Etsy member, and creates lampworked beads that I drool over. She's also a member of the Portland Bead Society, the ORBS (Oregon Regional Beadmakers Society), and the ISGB (International Society of Glass Beadmakers).

Her lampwork angel pendants are darling! I love the details she's included in them. Can you see the ties on those sashes!?!

This lampworked choker is simply stunning.

Her Lampwork Heart of Gold Pendant is my favorite--it would be beautiful with anything.

Isn't That a Song Title?

Mary of DreamON creates some of the most beautiful art I've seen lately--and it's the perfect thing for me to admire while I try to unwind from clearing out our stuff in preparation for moving! And I love the name of her shop--her work inspires lovely daydreams!

Her original watercolor collage Reflections on the Arkansas is mesmerizing.

Underwater Acoustics, an original abstract mixed media piece, is calming and addictive to look at--I keep going back to it over and over again.

She also makes her work available on sets of note cards. Her Sunset Sail cards are lovely, and make it easy to share art with your loved ones.

I love wearing something that nobody else has. Dina Cuomo of Elektra Jewelry makes gorgeous, one-of-a-kind artisan jewelry pieces. A self-proclaimed sparkle freak, her love of all things that shimmer and shine adds the perfect touch to her unique jewelry.

One of my favorites is her For your Love bracelet, made with two strands of hessonite garnets.

Another favorite is her Amethystus bracelet, made with double strands of faceted amethyst beads and vintage glass.
